They will quickly allow you to deposit money without requesting any documents. When you want to withdraw YOUR money it is impossible. I have requested the withdrawal about 10 times and even tried to chat (it took about 20 minutes to connect - maybe other persons want to withdraw?) without results. No money on my account.
